Hey there👋, here’s is a little intro about me!
I’m Ijeoma ‘Aijay’ and I’m the fingers behind this blog. I’m a freelance customer support specialist for SaaS and Ecommerce businesses who need help improving and optimising their support processes and a full time blogger by design.
I created Beyond Her Notes in 2022 out of a desire to share my knowledge and experiences from my freelance business and my solo trips accross Europe. Beyond Her Notes is designed to be a resourceful journal for new freelancers, travel enthusiasts, and anyone who finds the knowledge that they seek.
When I’m not soaked in technical support, I take time off and go on short solo trips to destinations that interests me whilst making sure my clients are not left behind. Even though the cons of solo travel is not having anyone to take your pretty pictures, I have maintained a log of memories from my trips and they are compiled in My Trips in Jpeg.
